Case Study 1

Event: Live 8 Concert

Venue: Hyde Park, London

Services Supplied:

With only 6 weeks notice to produce this show, ARC Team members (who had worked on the original Live Aid concert at Wembley Stadium in July 1985), were drafted in to repeat the process of multiple audience safety and security. In addition, all production services requiring sophisticated co-ordination were supplied succesfully within a very short timescale delivering the ultimate success of this event.

Case Study 2

Event: 2012 Olympic Games

Venue: Various Venues, UK & London

Services Supplied:

Members of the ARC Team were invited to participate in the planning stages of the 2012 Olympic Games by Scotland Yard, who wanted ARC’s Global event experience in crowd control, safety and security from music and sporting events.

The Group met monthly at The Caledonian Club, Belgravia, with all members of UK EMS, including Military and Intelligence services, compiling the event management plan.

This in depth planning resulted in no major incidents occurring during the games in London.

Our Directors Companies also provided full event management services to Russia , Denmark and Holland At their Fan Villages throughout the games,

Case Study 3

Event: 2025 Milton Keynes Marathon

Venue: Milton Keynes

Services Supplied:

Using their extensive experience and Pit Barrier equipment, ARC handled all Crowd Control throughout the event. Specifically organising Crowd Control, Crowd Safety and Traffic Management, as well as full CCTV and Audio coverage and monitoring.
